Progress update: 98% of rewards have shipped!

Yep, we're nearly done getting all the rewards shipped out to everyone! The unshipped 2% had address issues that were causing our fulfillment system to throw off errors and get all mad at us, but it looks like all of those are resolved now and those packages will be going out this afternoon.

Gotta say, reward fulfillment has actually been a fairly seamless process this time around compared to some of our prior campaigns. Fingers-crossed that continues to be the case! 

If you have a delivery-related issue, please send us a message. We do our best to be very responsive.

About that Cheat Sheet...

Hopefully you saw/will see the Rumble Go "Cheat Sheet" we included with each filter. Don't just throw it away since it should be pretty useful. Below are some pics of it.

Since we do our best to keep our packaging as low-profile and minimally-wasteful as possible, you can consider this Cheat Sheet plus the box itself (which is also covered in useful info) to be your offline instruction manual. For more involved details, head to RumbleGo.com because that's your digital instruction manual which has significantly more info and is also a whole lot easier to update.

We said fulfillment has been seamless, not perfect...

Just a fun(ish) pic here of some Rumble Go destruction. These filters are pretty tough, so it looks like someone may have gotten a little aggressive with a forklift. Fortunately only two filters (so far) have perished. We'll mourn them.

Rewards started shipping last week (and a handful have already been delivered!)

A pic-heavy update here to let you know your rewards are flying out the door.

Late last week we began the shipping process. We got out nearly half of them out the door by Friday (275 to be exact), which means we've got another 300+ to get out this week. We'll send out tracking numbers as they ship, so if you haven't received one yet, then your reward is still waiting to be assembled and shipped.

Now for some pics. Here's what a box of Rumble Go filters looks like from our manufacturer (alert: first glimpse of the packaging!).

We take one of these beauties and then add any optional bottles/add-ons...

Then we wrap your bundle to protect it and make it look all pretty, and then add a Rumble Go "Cheat Sheet" (our take on an instruction manual) plus a 3-in-1 packing slip/thank you note/name tag which we'd highly recommend wearing to work.

Then USPS does the hard work. Somehow they take a bunch of big boxes filled with small boxes and make sure each one of them gets to your doorstep in as little as a day. Pretty mindblowing when you think about it...

Locking down all shipping addresses in 24 hours

We just received a confirmed warehouse delivery date of tomorrow for the stash of Rumble Go filters. This means we're on track to assemble and begin shipping your rewards out later this week! So now it's time for us to finalize and lock down your shipping addresses...

If your address hasn't changed, no action is needed.

If your address has changed, you've got 24 hours to adjust it.

If you don't know or want to double-check or can't find your survey or anything else requiring your survey, you can find it by clicking the link in your survey email (search your inbox for "rumble go backerkit"). If you're reading this late and haven’t answered your survey yet, no worries! You should still fill it out and we will get you your rewards, but your shipment may be a bit delayed.

Cargo gets into the port tomorrow so we're charging cards for add-ons in 24 hours. Also, we just launched a new cold brew filter.

Rumblers,

Barring a raid by SoCal pirates, the world's hottest cold brew cargo should be arriving at the port in Los Angeles tomorrow! It then needs to be unloaded, processed, cleared and driven up north to our warehouse, so a June 18 arrival date is still our best guess. We'll let you know if that estimate moves in either direction.

Folks who paid for add-ons: your cards will be charged tomorrow

Given that we're about to take ownership of the gear, we'll go ahead and charge cards tomorrow for any add-ons you purchased through Backerkit. This doesn't affect Kickstarter backers who didn't add anything through Backerkit...this is only for folks who added something through Backerkit. And if you're one of those add-on people and your card details are good to go, your payment will be processed just fine and you don't need to lift a finger. You'll only have to do something if you get an alert that your card errored, and Backerkit will email you with instructions to fix it.

Our newest product: an XL version of the original Rumble Jar filter

A quick heads-up that we launched our 3rd Rumble product this past Friday. It's a larger version of our original Rumble Jar filter from our first Kickstarter campaign. This new one is built for a half-gallon (64oz) Mason jar, so it can make a bigger batch of cold brew than the original. It's available as a filter only, which means we're not offering a Mason jar with this one. Strictly BYOMJ. We actually had this product ready to launch a couple months ago, but with all the Rumble Go delays happening, we held off on releasing it so we could stay focused on getting Rumble Go squared away. Now that that's in good shape and we've got a little breathing room before reward delivery, this seemed like an ideal time to get the XL Rumble Jar filter out into the world.

Last thing: the origin story for this XL filter is very similar to Rumble Go: both came out of feedback we got from a survey we sent out last year to all the backers of our original Rumble Jar campaign. The #1 piece of feedback we got was for a more portable cold brew maker (hence, your Rumble Go). Our #2 piece of feedback was for a bigger version of the Rumble Jar. So now both are here! 

Suffice it to say we're definitely listening to what you tell us, and odds are good you can expect a Rumble Go feedback survey in your inboxes at some point in the future ;)

Surveys: Last call to make changes to your product selections in Backerkit. In 48 hours we'll start locking down the surveys.

Our freight left the port in Taiwan this morning as expected, and it's still showing an ETA of June 18. 

So now it's time for a quick procedural update to help us get you your gear...

Backerkit surveys will be closing in 48 hours. 

If you're happy with the add-ons/color selections/other options in your survey, no action is necessary.  

If you need to change a selection or add some more Rumble Go gear to your pledge, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email (search your inbox for "rumble go backerkit"). And if you still can't find your survey, go to the following link and enter your email address where it says "Lost Your Survey?": https://rumble-go-portable-cold-brew-coffee-maker.backerkit.com

After 48 hours, you'll only be able to make ADDRESS changes.

After we lock down these survey responses, you'll still be able to make changes to your shipping address. We'll be locking down those addresses some time next month, and we'll send out another heads-up before we do so. 

Finally, if you're reading this after 48 hours has passed and you still haven’t filled out your survey, no worries at all! You should still fill it out and we'll still get you your rewards, but your shipment may arrive a bit later than the others.
